Shipping policy

Jadeel Policies:

Delivery and Shipping:

 

  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery is only counted on business days (official holidays are excluded).
  • The buyer is not allowed to open the package upon receipt from the delivery company.

Exchange and Returns:

  • The buyer has the right to exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • The customer bears the shipping cost in case of an exchange, except in cases where the product is defective.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and original accessories.
  • In case of exchange or return of a defective product, the store covers all shipping costs.

Cancellation and Modification:

  • The order can be canceled or modified if it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • In the case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded if the order is canceled before shipment.

Payment:

  • Payment is cash on delivery.
  • All financial transactions are secure, ensuring the customer's rights.

Privacy:

  • The store is committed to protecting customers' personal data and not sharing it with third parties for any purpose unrelated to order and shipping services.

Products:

  • All products displayed on the website match the description provided on their respective pages.

 

سياسات جديل:

  1. التوصيل والشحن:
    • يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح ما بين 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
    • يُحتسب التوصيل في أيام العمل الرسمية (يُستثنى أيام العطلات الرسمية).
    • لا يحق للمشتري فتح الطرد عند الاستلام من شركة التوصيل.
  3. الاستبدال والإرجاع:
    • يحق للمشتري استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ وصول الطلب.
    • يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حالة استبدال المنتج، باستثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها المنتج معيبًا.
    • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية مع كافة العلامات والملحقات الأصلية.
    • في حال استبدال أو إرجاع منتج معيب، يتحمل المتجر كافة تكاليف الشحن.
  4. الإلغاء والتعديل:
    • يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو تعديله في حال لم يتم شحنه بعد. إذا تم شحن الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه
    • في حالة الدفع المسبق، يتم استرداد المبلغ كاملاً في حال إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن.
  5. الدفع:
    • الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام.
    • جميع المعاملات المالية تتم بأمان وضمان حقوق العميل.
  6. الخصوصية:
    • يلتزم المتجر بحماية بيانات العملاء الشخصية وعدم مشاركتها مع أطراف خارجية لأي غرض غير متعلق بخدمات الطلب والشحن.
  7. المنتجات:
    • جميع المنتجات المعروضة على الموقع مطابقة للوصف المقدم في الصفحات المخصصة لها.
